In this 20-minute call, you’ll walk through how our evaluation works, what training looks like inside the VeloU App, and whether remote training is the right fit for you.

How It Works

Virtual Call

We start with a short 20-minute call to learn more about you, your goals, and how you currently train. You’ll get a walkthrough of our process and app before deciding what’s next.

Mechanical Evaluation

After the call, you’ll submit throwing video and complete a brief movement screen. Our coaches review your delivery, mechanics, and overall movement to identify key areas for improvement.

Individualized Training Plan

If remote training is a fit, you’ll be paired with your personal coach within 24 hours. You’ll receive your custom plan inside the VeloU App, including throwing, strength, mobility, and arm care routines.

Track Your Progress

You’ll stay in constant communication with your coach as your plan evolves. Regular updates, feedback, and testing ensure steady progress and accountability.
