Coach Tim has been with VeloU since day one, building the nutrition side of player development to match the elite level of training on the floor. With over 10 years of experience, he has helped countless high school and college pitchers shift from “guessing” to fueling with purpose.
He specializes in food-first strategies blended with evidence-based supplement use, creating plans that support both performance and long-term health. By working directly with VeloU’s pitching and performance coaches, Tim ensures that nutrition is integrated with training, recovery, mobility, and velocity development.
