Responsibilities:
β Assist VeloUβs Strength & Conditioning Coordinator in coaching responsibilities.
β Aid in maintaining a clean and professional training environment.
β Support athletes in executing proper warm-ups, movement drills, and strength training routines.
β Observe and assist with performance tracking and injury prevention strategies.
β Support data collection and performance tracking to enhance training effectiveness (Force plates,
sprint lasers, etc.).

Requirements:
β Passion for coaching and helping athletes improve their strength and movement patterns.
β Motivated to learn and contribute to a dynamic sports performance environment.
β Ability to quickly adapt and exemplify the VeloU coaching standard.
β Background in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field (preferred but not required).
