Role Overview

We’re seeking a Social Media Operations Intern to support the backend of our content production system. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and curious about how high-performing social media teams operate behind the scenes.

In this role, you’ll assist the media team in maintaining an organized and efficient content workflow. Responsibilities include gathering and organizing media assets, tagging footage, preparing materials for editors and producers, and helping manage the systems that keep our content pipeline running smoothly.

This internship provides exposure to how a high-volume sports media operation plans, organizes, and distributes content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

● Gather clips and media assets from internal folders and production shoots for use in social media content

● Organize and tag video footage, photos, and audio files within shared drives and media libraries

● Assist in preparing content assets for editors and media team members

● Maintain organization of project folders and media archives

● Help track content production progress within internal workflows

● Support the media team with operational tasks that help keep the content pipeline running efficiently

Qualifications

● Familiarity with major social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

● General understanding of how social media content functions and spreads online

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Comfortable navigating shared drives, spreadsheets, and digital tools

● Ability to follow structured workflows and complete tasks independently

● Interest in sports media, baseball, or digital content production
